1. About Us

Kulture is a footwear brand operated by Liberty Leathers, a partnership firm registered in India. Full seller and compliance details, including our Grievance Officer, appear at the end of this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

• We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and sizing accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). Where a discount is shown, the struck-through price is the MRP.
• All products are made in India. Country-of-origin and manufacturer details are shown on each product page.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit stock of any product without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• You may pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets via PhonePe's secure checkout) or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Online (prepaid) orders receive an extra 10% discount, applied at checkout. COD orders carry a flat ₹49 COD handling charge.
• Online payments are processed securely by PhonePe. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Orders are confirmed on successful payment (prepaid) or on order placement (COD).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued for any amount paid.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy (see the policy page for the full terms, including the ₹99 reverse-pickup fee and refund timelines).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Kulture name, logo, product designs, images, and text — is the property of Liberty Leathers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kulture and Liberty Leathers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karnal, Haryana.
