Shipping Policy

1. Serviceability & Delivery Locations

We ship across India through our courier partners. If your PIN code is unserviceable, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

2. Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:30 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after the cutoff, or on Sundays/public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days nationwide from dispatch.
• We don't ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high-demand periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

4. Shipping Charges & COD

• Shipping is free across the store — no minimum order.
• Cash on Delivery is available with a flat ₹49 COD handling charge, shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we share tracking details with you by email or SMS so you can follow its progress.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails (address not found, no one available to receive, or the courier can't reach you), the courier will re-attempt delivery. If delivery still can't be completed, the order is returned to us — we'll contact you to reship it or issue a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delays

While we aim to meet estimated timelines, delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll reach out by email or phone.
